BEWARE these people do not honor their warranties, i have many emails and receipts as proof. Seized up after 5 months of use, these people gave me really bad run around, bought from authorized seller, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

We were searching for a Ruff Kennel and could not find them anywhere except the vendor, which charged $150 to ship. I stumbled upon Care About My Pet because it is near my area and couldn't believe they had what I was looking for in stock (it was a specific type and none of the large stores, like Bass Pro Shop, had it). I called and they offered to hand deliver next day. Couldn't believe it was dropped off at my door free of charge within 20 hours. Truly exceptional service! It felt like old times where small stores made you feel good. I really appreciate this and sorry this review took so long! I will be a returning customer!

It was a great experience ordering my new kennels. The price was excellent, and good communication when they rec'd communication from Ruffland. Even when there was a delay because Ruffland was experiencing problems getting what they needed they always answered my emails. They delivered when they said they would and even offered to carry them to our storage area for us.
